He is dynamic, customer-focused HVAC Foreman aiming to secure a role requiring extensive knowledge of HVAC installation and repair techniques and products. He is highly skilled and eager to leverage a background of quality HVAC related services. Out-of-the-box thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, effectively understanding needs and delivering outstanding projects on time and under budget. Proven expertise in business development, relationship building, inventory management, safety management, and more. Tien is recognized for strong team leadership capacity with experience working in a team environment, able to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.  Tien is a Master VA HVAC Contractor and has 10+ years of experience working in the HVAC industry.
